Antonín Dvořák's 9th Symphony in E minor op. 95 (B 178) is called From the New World (Z nového světa), as it was inspired by Dvořák's three-year stay in America. It was known as his 5th symphony during the artist's lifetime and is now one of his most popular and most frequently performed orchestral works.
