The titleCommissioned for a gathering of school orchestras, "Meeting" was composed by Daniele Carnevali to propose, within the overall "big concert", a valid alternative to the marching repertoire. The piece interweaves a fanfare style theme for brass with a melodic and more relaxed theme, played by woodwind instruments.
